Martin (Orphan Feral) Adopted

Martin, an orange tabby, was found alone in a yard in Kershaw, SC. His umbilical was still attached, and he weighed 95 grams, which made him about three days old. He came to me on September 10, 2023, so we will call his birthday September 8.

Martin’s mom did a great job to that point because he was perfectly clean and stout. We gave him the name Martin because when my husband saw him, he said, “He’s the same color as my Martin guitar.” Although my husband may object, the adopter is always welcome to change the name, but for fostering purposes, and to keep peace in the family, for now, he is Martin.

Update: The adopters changed Martin’s name to Mango!
